You might have been aware of the word physical activity or exercise but if these words have nothing to do with your life or if you haven’t adopted this word into your life and if you are not physically active then this could be a real problem for your body. Today in this world nothing could be as precious as being physically active. No one can deny the benefits of exercise as it has the vast range of benefits associated with it. Today if you are not physically active that means you and your body isn’t active and you may be the host of various disease that
could be chronic as well as life threatening. Physical activity has many health benefits and these benefits apply to people of all ages whether it is toddler to an old aged man anyone will be benefited if they go in the shelter of physical activity. In medical field there is no magical cure for all disease but physical activities could be that magical cure. Unfortunately, despite of being aware of the benefits of physical activity there are very fewer people who really are concerned about their health and regularly keep active themselves. Obesity is one of those epidemics that have wrapped up 39 percent of adults aged 18 were overweight in 2014 and it is still growing rapidly. One of the major reasons of this condition is the lack of physical activities. Exercise can help prevent excess weight and you are already overweight then it will help you reduce your weight. Therefor it becomes necessary for you to adopt physical activity as part of your life in order to save yourself from obesity.
2. Reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease
Cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack and stroke are two leading cause of deaths in the United States. Regular physical activity of 90-150 minutes will reduce half of the risk of cardiovascular disease. Being physically active is one of the most essential requirements if you want to reduce the risk of your cardiovascular disease.
3. Strengthen Your Bones and Muscles
It strengthens your bones and muscles. Research shows that doing aerobics, muscle-strengthening and bone-strengthening physical activity of at least a moderately intense level can slow the loss of bone density that comes with age. As you grow older your bones and muscles starts weakening and if you want strengthening your bones you have to adopt physical activity.
4. Prevents Disease
Physical activity helps you live longer and helps you prevent many chronic disease such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal diseases, help maintain your cholesterol level, stroke, type 2 diabetes and some kind of cancer. All these disease are chronic and in order to keep safe yourself from these diseases you have to adopt physical activity as part of your life.
5. Reduce stress and depression
It also helps you get rid of some kind of psychological disorder such as depression, stress, anxiety and inferiority complex.
